Expenses such as food, drinks, diesel and ports are controlled by a float equal to 20-30% of the contract, and are payable on the date of the balance.
In Italy and Croatia, for exclusive gulet charters, brokers use Gulet Terms, with the mandatory half board and the exclusion of port taxes, sometimes charged a flat rate before boarding.
