Saklikent

Another place to be visited on a Turkey Yacht Charter is Saklikent. The word saklikent means invisible city in Turkish- is the most extended and deep gorge in Turkey. The length is 18 kilometers and the depth is 300 meters. The height difference between the inlet and the outlet of the valley it is 700 meters. Gorge is so steep and narrow that the sun rays do not reach the bottom, so the water of the river remains icy even the hot summer. Cadianda

At a 24 kilometers distance from Fethiye, near the village Uzumlu, a quite interesting place – an ancient Lycian-Roman settlement Cadianda is located. It is known that Cadianda was last joined city to the Lycian Federation. In the records, this Lycian city is referred to as «Kadawanti». It is understood from the last suffix –ND, the existence of the city dates back as early as 3000 BC. The oldest ruins of Cadianda are the part of the city walls, stone tombs and several inscriptions on the stones the fifth century BC. With a height of about 2000 meters, from the city there are stunning views of the resort of Fethiye, the surrounding mountains and valleys and the boats sailing on Turkey Yacht Charters.

Cezayirli Mosque

This charming mosque was built in 1791 by the order of the Grand Vezir Cezayirli Hasan Pasha (Algerian Bald Hasan Pasha) and got its name in honor of this pasha. You may also visit the mosque if you prefer a sightseeing walk out of the marina in a day of your Turkey Yacht Charter.
