Gemiler Island Gemiler Island, also called the Island of St. Nicholas, known with its many ruins which are a heritage to us from the time of the Byzantines. The best way to get here is during your Turkish Blue Cruise by your yacht en-route thru the Blue Lagoon. The island bears traces of a fairly large Byzantine settlement, which at one time was one of the centers of Christianity. Construction was carried out here during the V-XI centuries. While many of the buildings almost completely destroyed, here you can still see a lot of interesting historical remains on a Blue Cruise.

Butterflies Valley Butterflies Valley (Kelebekler Vadisi) is situated on the Eastern coast of the Gulf Belcekiz and boasts incredible beauty combined with your yacht cruise. Here you will find the quiet protected corners, lush vegetation and waterfalls. The Butterflies Valley cannot be reached by land, so visiting this spot is ideal by a gulet yacht and everyday Blue Cruise boats dock to its shores to take this beautiful excursion.

Valley got its name in honor of the “Tiger Moth”, one of the most beautiful in the family «Arctiidae» and known in the art as «Euplagiaquadripunctaria». The most numerous colonies of butterflies can be seen here from June to October. In addition to “Tiger Moth”, the valley is inhabited by almost all butterfly species of the Mediterranean. Be sure to take a walk along the trail to scenic waterfalls. In the valley, there is one place that deserves to be seen – Faralya ancient village that has the name today as Uzunyurt. To get there, you have to walk along the path, stretching from the coast to the right where your gulet yacht will be docked.
